We may have moved past map points and shows at Bishop’s Castle (Fs in the chat), but our independent spirit still remains. We invite you to experience our new venue, welcome home friends.

We’ve built a venue for the true fans. The venue we’d want to call home. A venue where you can be your true self.

What does it all mean?

An uncompromising focus on what’s important. Curating an environment of safety and respect. Fostering a culture of honesty and empathy in our staff. Finally, producing the best show possible for our guests.

We believe in safety, security, and harm reduction . Our staff is trained in Trauma Informed Care; we will always have a social worker on staff. Had too much, feeling uneasy, or just having a bad time? Specialized members of our staff are trained to help. The health and wellbeing of our guests is our number one priority.

We want you to be you. That means we encourage every performing artist to play their true music. No “club” sets, no pandering to the “bass capital”. True freedom of expression is the only way to move our culture forward. That goes for our guests and our visiting artists. Wear what you want, play what you want.

A crowd moving in sync. With the singular goal of forgetting the outside world, and finding a new home together in that moment. Our staff, every member here to help, every member committed to making sure that our guests have a safe, secure, and welcoming experience.

Empathy drives every choice we make. We believe women. It means we do not tolerate intolerance. It means every genre and its fans deserve to be here. It means respecting the music, and providing the best possible sound and visual experience.

Your experience begins with our experience. We hire the best and the brightest. People that have a passion for our culture, and a drive to be the best.

We don’t stop there. We have developed a brand new training program for every guest-facing employee. This program was created in house by our team of brilliant social workers, addiction counselors, and therapists. This program is designed to ensure that all members of our staff, not just security, approach every guest encounter through a trauma informed lens. Similar to the new STAR program in Denver, we believe that the first response to a non-violent situation shouldn’t be police (in our case, security). Our pledge to our guests is that your safety is our first concern.

You didn’t think we forgot, did you? We have enlisted the help of the great minds over at Bass Boss to design a sound system that will rock the house, without rocking our neighbors. Custom built from top to bottom using advanced 3D modeling and audio engineering software, our sound experience will be unparalleled.
